What they took

Eight seats on Trail Analyst, plus a private Control Architect readout for managers. Focus modules: master-data trails and retention after tenant upgrades.

Outcome

Within one quarter they owned a weekly extract job and a named backup for the security log. Fieldwork questions on supplier bank changes dropped from recurring exceptions to a single clarifying query. They still struggle with multi-entity period locks — that work continues outside the course.
