Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid enrollments invoiced by Cloud Nerve AI for Record Keeper, Trail Analyst, or Control Architect programs. Free previews and downloadable samples are not refundable. This website does not process payments; refunds relate to invoices settled offline.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the invoice payment date if you have accessed fewer than two paid modules (or one live clinic session for cohort products). Requests after day 14 are considered under partial refund rules below.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when (1) the request arrives within the 14-day window, (2) usage stays below the access threshold above, and (3) downloadable template packs have not been bulk-exported beyond normal classroom use. We may ask for confirmation of limited access from our learning platform logs.
Partial refunds
Between day 15 and the midpoint of a scheduled cohort, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of tuition if significant instructor-led sessions remain and you withdraw for documented medical or employer-directed reasons. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees (if any), custom Control Architect discovery workshops already delivered, and rush-translation surcharges are non-refundable once work has begun. Seat transfers within the same organization may be allowed instead of a refund when requested before week two.
Refund process
Email info@cloudnerveai.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payer via the same bank transfer or card channel used for the invoice, typically within 15 business days after approval. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.
Cancellation by Cloud Nerve AI
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. If we materially change a self-paced library and remove more than one-third of promised modules without replacement, you may request a proportional refund.
Exceptions
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may pause course access while we investigate. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain available where they apply and override conflicting parts of this policy.
